Registration Instructions
- Delegates can register online through credit card payments, wire transfers, pay‐orders and cash onsite. Registration will not be processed without payment.
- Registration through credit card payments is available at www.apapupakistan.net Manual payment through credit card is not allowed.
- Upon receipt of the registration form and clearance of payment, an official receipt and confirmation of registration will be sent via email.
- Registration fee for the main conference includes admission to opening ceremony, scientific sessions, industry exhibitions, coffee breaks and lunches.
- Please keep your official receipt and confirmation of registration – these should be presented at the registration desk to obtain your name badge, congress bag and Certificate of Attendance.
A single registration fee will cover the attendance at both meetings SIUT Workshop (29-30 Nov 2023) and APAPU 2023 Congress ( 1-2 Dec, 2023). Details of the payments by category of registrant can be found below. However in order to facilitate local arrangements please fill in both registration forms (Workshop Form and Congress Form) if you are planning to attend both events or just a single form if you plan to attend only one of the meetings.

* All trainees need to send a letter signed by their programme director stating that they are still in training (indicating start and end of the training) before they complete their registration.

Bank draft / pay order are payable to “SIUT”. You can send your bank draft / pay order via courier to the secretariat at the following address.

- Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to congress secretariat. Written cancellation received before 31st October 2023 will be refunded, less cancellation fee of 20%. All refunds will be processed and paid after 15th December 2023.
